I love this chemist. They have great products and great service. They are always very helpful and the shop presentation is lovely.

Excellent staff !

Have regularly shopped at this pharmacy as they have amazing gifts close to the hospital and even recommend this pharmacy but no more. Went in there today for cough syrup, asked around 10 questions by an assistant who looked young enough to be my grandchild and then wanted my drivers licence - for cough syrup. I am a nurse for a very long time and it was $37. for the 200 mls bottle. Upon price checking later, same bottle at chemist warehouse was $22.99. Will never recommend this chemist to patients and others again and taking their fridge magnets from my department. Talk about rude and price gouging. Interesting to note, my review did not get a response from the owners of this business. Too scared to answer a critic. I will never recommend your chemist to anyone. One of my patients today reported paying $9.00 for small bottle of nail polished remover which she can buy elsewhere for $4.00 but she is a patient so cannot leave her hospital bed.

Wonderful experience with this company! Super friendly staff who were willing to help me when I had made a mistake with an order. Quick to find a solution! Delivery was fast. Definitely will continue ordering through this company.

Great communication and quick ordering, delivery. Australia Post had a small error with the delivery but the team jumped on and followed up for the order and updated me. Ordered Thursday and received the supplements today.
